Remember a long time ago when the Projekt Hack Debate begun? Well it also ended a few weeks back but it is now called yourWorld. It still has the same link.

Here on yourWorld you can play ourWorld while listening to music from Grooveshark and chatting to other users of the site! Also easy access to the Gem Codes which are located right below ourWorld. On the Home Page you can surf YouTube and there is also a Forums page where you can surf the forums while chatting to other users using the forums on yourWorld!

Currently not many use yourWorld but if it gets popular enough trust me it will blast sky-rocket-high!

Akord Design July Newsletter

Well Akord Design has never put out a newsletter so I am going to give it a shot this time. Hopefully this Newsletter will stay accurate through the month but just in case it doesn't I will let you know what has changed.

This month we hope to plan out Tw1p ^ Pro so that its release can be sometime in August or maybe early October. The brainstorming will begin on the 11th hopefully and we will keep you updated via Twitter. Maybe if we have time we will keep you updated via the blog but Twitter is a guarantee.

As always the big argument will be who do we register it with. Drohca Ydoc and Projekt Hack were the two easiest to decide. Drohca Ydoc was so easy because the only three Hosts in the running where Wix, Wordpress, and Yola. We quickly kicked Wix out because we did not want to design a template at the time. Then we kicked Yola out because we realized Wordpress had better themes. Then with Projekt Hack we quickly decided on Yola because we heard it supported any type of iFrame. When making a personal site we only had two sites in the running. Wordpress and Tumblr. In the end we chose Tumblr because it was more basic. It was hard but we came up with the name TumbleLog.

Our World Guides and Tw1p ^ where two of our hardest choices. With Our World Guides it was between Blogger, Wix, and Wordpress. I had a hand in kicking Blogger out of the running and then we had a poll where Wordpress one. I will regret kicking Blogger out for a long time though because I wish we had of ran OWG with Blogger instead of Wordpress. With Tw1p ^ it came down between Blogger and Wordpress where the theme Motion pushed the win towards Wordpress.

Tw1p ^ 2.0 was actually very easy though because of the release of Wordpress's 99th theme release. The theme suited the purpose of Tw1p ^ 2.0 and Wordpress won once again.

Right now the running Hosts for Tw1p ^ Pro includes:

• Wordpress
• Blogger
• Yola
• Wix
• Webs

This is the first time Webs has been in the running and I am just waiting for the Debate to begin. Hopefully Wordpress will not win. I should just Wordpress right now.

Now that we know what a Label is I will put appropriate Labels on each post.

Akord Design is currently in a Debate but it is not a debate about Hosts. It is a debate about Projekt Hack. We might shut down our only Yola Project this month. Projekt Hack is active with Users but has not been updated in a while. We do not look at updating it in the near future so this Debate is most likely going to end in a shutdown.

July Newsletter

Another Month Nearly Gone | June 30, 2010

These months slip by so fast. It seems like I just turned 13. But yet that was March 2009 and today in the last day of June 2010. That is more than a year. My life is going too fast but yet I am accomplishing so many things. I just got two awesome loading icons that would cost around $25 for free. The AOL loading icon and the Blogger loading icon. I'm going to start getting all the cool icons I find and distribute them free.

Anyway I posted a contest a few weeks back. All you had to do was level up a Squiby to 200 and you win a free Mystery Box on ourWorld. It seems like I started this contest when I was 12 but I started it only a few weeks ago anyway today somebody got it to level 200. Last time I checked it was on level 202. This person's ourWorld name is Elizabeth Marie. I do not have permission to state their real name.

That is the image I received which is proof that she leveled it up. Anyway I will post a new contest soon and I am wondering what a label is. I just typed: What is a Label? in the Labels box so I guess I'll find out soon.

Theme Complete | June 28, 2010

The new theme for this website is complete! Hope you like it better than the old theme! We are already working on one to replace this one and it will appear sometime in November or December! Hope you enjoy and give us feedback using the contact page.

Tw1p ^ 2.0 Released | June 26, 2010

Today the new version of Tw1p ^ was released early. This version takes the name of Tw1p ^ 2.0. The title was originally going to be Tw1p ^ Pro but we decided to reserve that name for a site coming in the future. We would like to show you a screenshot of the new Akord Design Site. Tw1p ^ Released | June 2, 2010

Today Tw1p ^ was released on Wordpress. It uses the Motion theme which has great table layouts. The only reason Tw1p ^ was released was because of this theme's table layouts. Another version of Tw1p ^ is predicted to be released some time in July and will be called Tw1p ^ Pro.

Enterprise on Drohca Ydoc | May 13, 2010

Drohca Ydoc started to get boring with the Twenty Ten theme so we changed it. This time we changed it to a more professional theme. What do I mean by that? Well it looks more company-like. The Enterprise theme was designed by Rafal Tomal at StudioPress. Wordpress bought the theme from theme and released it for their users like me and Avatar to use. We made Enterprise our own and renamed it Enterprise Ydoc. Go check it out. You know the URL.
